Legends of Lacrosse: Player Registration Form

Please complete this form to register a player for the Legends of Lacrosse skills development session with Chris Boushy of Toronto Rock. Each player requires a separate form submission.

• Session capacity: Each session has a total capacity of 60 players so early registration is recommended to secure your spot.
• Date: Saturday, June 21: National Indigenous Peoples Day
• Times: The event takes place 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with skills sessions at 11 a.m. (ages 6 to 13) and 2 p.m. (ages 14 and up)
• Cost: Tickets for players and guests are $12 per person, taxes included, including admission to Sainte-Marie among the Hurons for the day. Payment is not due upon completion of this form, but rather upon arrival at the event OR by purchasing tickets online. Children five and under are free.
