Hearth To Table

Hearth to Table is returning this year to bring authentic 17th-century dishes and cooking methods back to life, to give you a taste of what life was like back in 1648! With menus carefully constructed by Restaurant Sainte-Marie and set in the historic chapel on site, you won’t want to miss out on this truly unique dining experience.

Due to the unique ingredients, recipes, and presentation for this menu, Sainte-Marie cannot accommodate dietary restrictions and requests. All dining experiences must be booked in advance.
