First Light Dining Experiences
Enhance your First Light experience with dinner! Choose a delicious holiday buffet at Restaurant Sainte-Marie or elevate your evening with a prix fixe meal in a private dome under the stars. For extra magic, add a Behind-the-Scenes experience to your dome booking and help light candles!
All dining experiences include First Light admission and must be booked in advance.
Holiday Buffet
Enjoy a delicious spread featuring roast turkey, glazed ham, creamy mashed potatoes, traditional tourtière, a large selection of appetizers and desserts, and a variety of dishes sure to delight guests of all ages. We even have chicken fingers and fries!

- Seatings at 4 and 6:30 p.m.
- All tickets must be purchased in advance. No on-site sales are available.
- Restaurant Sainte-Marie will only be offering the buffet during First Light (no regular menu)
- Cancellations and refunds available up to 7 days before your reservation.
Dinner under the stars
Experience the magic of Dinner under the stars — a prix fixe, three-course meal served in your own private dining dome or crystal. Surrounded by twinkling lights, glowing lanterns, and winter charm, it’s a cozy, elevated experience you won’t forget.

- Seatings at 4 p.m., 6:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
- All tickets must be purchased in advance. No on-site sales are available.
- No cancellations or refunds. All sales final.
- For an extra dose of First Light magic, be sure to book the Behind-the-scenes add-on experience at 4:30 p.m. as well as the 6:15 p.m. dinner under the stars experience.
Restaurant Sainte-Marie is the ideal setting for your small corporate party, luncheon meeting, wedding reception or family function. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this 17th-century styled room and its bright patio. The restaurant can accommodate up to 175, and the outdoor patio has a capacity of 260 people.
