Apply to Present on National Indigenous Peoples’ Day

National Indigenous Peoples Day is a national celebration of the heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding achievements of First Nations, Inuit and Métis throughout Canada.

Huronia Historical Parks is proud to be a part of highlighting the achievements of Indigenous peoples through our education-focused celebration each year. In 2023, we welcomed 2,800 people to our historic site on June 21 as well as 26,700 virtual guests to our online learning platform, hhp-events.ca.

If you would like to be considered as a presenter for Sainte-Marie’s National Indigenous Peoples’ Day celebration, we invite you apply. You can offer in-person presentations/demonstrations, or pre-recorded video presentations/demonstrations to engage students and guests from across Canada and beyond.
